Why is my order being dispatched in different packages?
If your order is a multi-item order, each item may be dispatched from substitute international warehouse, subject to which is available quickly. Alternatively, if an item is fast moving and on a bit of backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to avoid holding up your order and to deliver it you as quick as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are sent out straight from any of our many domestic & global warehouses and they will do the best can to deliver you your order as quick as possible! Due to the high demand of our deals, kindly allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (differs from product to product). While other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (differs from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs subject to the country of destination. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our deals, these are only estimates.
What happens if my order gets held or misplaced in the delivery?
All of our orders are sent with insurance cover shipping and handling. If an order gets held at customs, sent back or even missing in the distribution process, we apologize! The courier service is out of our control. However, in such cases, since the packages are insured, we will dispatch a new package with speedier shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be valid to shipping conditions.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
